Abstract
出芽的水稻种子由于含水率较高,流动性差,芽容易损伤,故直播时难以保证较低的伤芽率.为了降低水稻芽种直播的伤芽率,根据振动改变物料特性的原理设计了一种振动式水稻芽种直播装置,并进行相关计算证明振动排种的可行性.同时以振动参数为影响因素,以伤芽率为试验指标,测定了伤芽率与其影响因素的关系.结果表明,选择振动频率为50Hz,振幅为0.8mm,振动倾角为4°时排种均匀性良好,且有效的解决了播种过程中幼芽损伤问题.
