Abstract
①目的观察高浓度低温等离子体治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的临床效果.②方法将入选40例病人随机分为等离子水组及聚维酮碘组,每组20例,分别以含臭氧15mg/L的等离子水和10g/L聚维酮碘冲洗阴道.③结果治疗后等离子水组症状体征评分和治愈率明显优于聚维酮碘组(t＝3.42～7.79,X2＝4.47,P＜0.05).④结论高浓度低温等离子体治疗念珠菌性阴道炎简单、高效、经济、无毒害,有临床推广意义.
