On the Application of Case Teaching Method in Meteorological Cadre Training ——Take the Backbone Training of Two Systems in Meteorology Serving Agriculture as Example

Education and training are the base and important sector of talent work. Meteorological education and training are the pilot and fundamental works for establishing high-quality talent meteorological team. Boosting reform and innovation of cadre training in Cadre Training Institutes is required by China Meteorological Administration( CMA),as well as further study on the need of training work for meteorological operational development. It is also required to innovate training modes and methods. The pertinence and effectiveness of training work should be strengthened.
