Abstract
目的总结我院开展冠状静脉窦逆行灌注心肌保护方法的临床效果.方法重症心脏手术体外循环(CPB)216例CPB中进行逆灌100例(Ⅰ组),行主动脉根部顺行灌注116例(Ⅱ组).采用4∶1氧合血停搏液.结果Ⅰ组自动复苏为95例,Ⅱ组自动复苏98例.结论经逆灌的心肌保护方法对重症瓣膜病及冠心病患者有更好心肌保护效果.
