根据以往粉尘爆炸泄压试验,认为2014年8月2日发生的江苏昆山的特大爆炸可能不是车间空气中粉尘浓度超标遇到火源造成的.粉尘爆炸发生在除尘管路,300个抛光装置的除尘管路相互连通到总除尘管道的除尘装置是主要原因.长期使用使滤网磨损,经过滤网流出气流中的粉尘浓度等于或大于爆炸下限,电机过热产生火源引爆除尘管道中的粉尘-空气混合物.
