Retracted: Expression of Lymphocyte-Activation Gene 3 (LAG-3) Immune Checkpoint Receptor Identifies a Tumor-Reactive T Cell Population in the Peripheral Blood of Patients with Colorectal Cancer.

ABSTRACT This article is retracted due to authors' claims in regards to errors in data and statistical analyses. Authors' message: We greatly regret to inform you that we just discovered some fatal errors in the statistical analysis, in which we mistakenly used the cultured cells TCR sequencing data as the results of CD8+ LAG3+ and CD8 LAG3-T cells. Therefore, the current results and data have serious defects and do not accurately represent the sorted cells. On behalf of all the contributing authors of the manuscript, we have decided to immediately retract the manuscript titled "LAG-3 receptor identifies a higher tumor-reactive cell population in the peripheral blood of colorectal cancer patients" to avoid further problems.
