Study on the Intelligent Analysis Method of the Infrared Detection of Electrical Equipment

Infrared thermal imaging has become one of the main ways of live detection of electrical equipment. With the continuous increase of application requirements, it is a top priority that the infrared spectrum data is collated and analyzed fast, effectively with intelligent automation. This paper studies a new analysis method combined with a frame. In the area frame of equipment, the highest temperature value in the line of each abscissa is taken and constituted as the characteristic curve of temperature distribution of equipment. Then the temperature characteristic curves between different phases would be compared. It would be helpful that the numerical temperature model of equipment is quickly established and the characteristics of temperature distribution is fully reflected. Finally, the equipment with hidden trouble would be found out by compared intelligently and precisely.
