DeepClas4Bio: Connecting bioimaging tools with deep learning frameworks for image classification.

•An API that provides a common access point for classification models of several deep learning frameworks is presented.•DeepClas4Bio aims to facilitate the interoperability of bioimaging tools with deep learning frameworks.•Several examples and applications that use the DeepClas4Bio API are presented in this work.
