摘要

•Novel chalcone Mannich base derivatives were designed and synthesized.•Most compounds showed selective AChE inhibition with good multifunctional properties.•7c displayed selective MAO-B inhibition and antioxidant activitiy.•7c also exhibited inhibitory effect on Aβ aggregation and high BBB permeability.
