摘要
•DATS decreases proliferation and induces apoptosis in RA-FLS.•DATS attenuates inflammatory reactions both in vitro and vivo.•These effects of DATS might be ascribed to its inhibitory effect on the NF-κB and Wnt signaling pathways.•DATS may also exert a therapeutic effect by regulating the balance of IL17/Treg.•DATS might be a potential candidate for RA treatment.
