摘要

•We developed ECL assays to measure antibodies against pneumococcal polysaccharides (PnPS).•Anti-PnPS concentrations using these assays or the WHO reference ELISA were comparable.•A 0.35 µg/mL threshold will be used for the new ECL assays to assess PCV immunogenicity.•ECL is a sensitive, time- and serum-saving method to measure anti-PnPS antibodies.
