摘要
The role of adhesion force in the height of bouncing drops on the rice leaf surface for difenoconazole-loaded MSNs/Tween 80 solutions with different Tween 80 concentrations has been studied. The adhesion force of a pesticide droplet on the rice leaf surface was measured using a high-sensitivity microelectromechanical balance system, and the impact behavior of pesticide droplet on the rice leaf surface was recorded with a high-speed camera. The results reveal that as Tween 80 concentration increases, the adhesion force of the pesticide droplets on the rice leaf surface increases, and the height of the bouncing drops decreases. A negative correlation between the height of the bouncing drops and adhesion force is obtained. These results offer us an opportunity to further understand the impact behavior of pesticide droplet on the target crop surfaces, which could potentially be used in important pesticide spray applications.
