Carbon dioxide biofixation by free air CO2 enriched (FACE) bacterium for biodiesel production

摘要
•Carbons concentrating bacterial strains were isolated from free air CO2 enriched area.•CO2 biofixation efficiency was analyzed by CA and RuBisCO enzymatic assay.•RuBisCO and CA were confirmed by Western blot and respective gene cloning in Bacillus sp. SS105.•Bacillus sp. SS105 was showing higher CO2 consumption rate toward lipid production.•Transesterification of lipid indicated the biodiesel production with higher percentage of oleic acid.
