摘要
•Ultrasound-negative pressure cavitation extraction method was developed.•Efficient extraction of TP, TF and TPAC from blueberry leaves by U-NPCE was optimized.•The kinetics of U-NPCE process was investigated for the first time.•U-NPCE extracts has higher DPPH radical scavenging activity than UAE and NPCE.•The U-NPCE with high extraction efficiency could be applied in industrial production.
