Abstract
According to construction scheme to intelligentize the substation primary equipment, a new evaluation method to intelligent transformation of substation primary equipment was presented in this paper. The improvement status of primary equipment in different voltage level substations was widely investigated in East China and Central China. According to the status, a multi-objective optimization evaluation model was established at first. Then, TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution, TOPSIS) method was introduced in this paper. And lastly, the new method was applied to a practical example that conducted comprehensive evaluation of regional substations primary equipment. In order to validate the method's accuracy, the results were compared with traditional evaluation method-analytic hierarchy process. The contrast illustrated that the primary equipment intelligent evaluation method in this paper have lower amount of calculation and subjective factors, higher degree of distinction and extensibility, which can provide practical guidance to the building of Smart Grid and digital substation.
