摘要

•Adults with ADHD exhibited poorer performance on the Iowa gambling task (IGT) than healthy controls.•They also showed lower orbitofrontal cortex (OFC) activation in fMRI while performing the task.•The impairment of the reward process in adults with ADHD could be related to the OFC.
