Inhomogeneous cosmology in the cosmic rest frame revisited

Combining commoving coordinates with the cosmic rest frame leads to a unique solution of Einsteinu0027s equations for a spherically symmetric inhomogeneous universe with zero pressure dust. This solution corresponds to a special Datt-Ruban solution in the LTB model. It contains one free function. As a consequence any Hubble diagram can be represented exactly without introducing a cosmological constant.
