摘要
Recording the momentum images of ions or photoelectrons in the velocity map imaging spectrometer (VMIS) are one of the standard experimental techniques to investigate ultrafast molecular dynamics with attosecond light sources. We have recently demonstrated that the quantum wavepackets of diatomic molecules can be tracked by recording the momentum images of fragment ions in the VMIS with a-few-pulse attosecond pulse train (FP-APT) [1, 2]. Since the VMIS can measure the angular distribution of fragment ions as a function of the kinetic energy release, the ultrafast molecular dynamics is also encoded in the autocorrelation measurement in addition to the temporal information. In this time, we investigated the multi-photon dissociative ionization processes of deuterium molecule (D2) using the FP-APT.
