摘要
•A commercial-scale tube bank oil cooler was fabricated via selective laser melting.•Unique features are lenticular tubes with offset strip fins, and angled plate-fins.•Heat duty and pressure drop are measured over a range of oil and air flow rates.•The flow and temperature fields are characterized in a 3D CFD model.•Recommendations for improved thermal performance with 3D printing are made.
