The Modal Analysis Of The Stator Of The Interior Permanent Magnet Machine

摘要
The modal analysis plays an important role in analyzing the vibration and noise of the motors. The models of the stator which are based on the interior permanent magnet synchronous motors (IPMSM) by the 3D finite element software are analyzed. Firstly, it is significant to simplify the stator rind by considering the different components. Then the relationships of the different parameters of the stator core on the natural frequencies are considered. Meanwhile, the proper methods are adopted to deal with the influence of the stator coils. Finally, the results of the stator core of considering the stator rind and the simplified stator rind respectively are compared. The research work provides theoretical data support for estimating the vibration and acoustic noise.
