Since the early 2000s, the management of psoriasis has undergone a dramatic evolution favored by a better knowledge of the inflammatory mechanisms involved in the pathophysiology of the disease. The identification of new therapeutic targets has led to the emergence of new therapeutic classes including biotherapies. Treatment strategies have been refined and standardized with increasingly ambitious therapeutic goals and more focused on the patient as part of a global and multidisciplinary management.
