Abstract
The development of dnDSA has been associated with an increased risk of cardiac allograft vasculopathy and rejection after HT. It is also known that increased left ventricular mass (LVM) after HT is associated with increased mortality post-HT and serves as a surrogate marker for long-term outcomes in these patients. However, the association between development of dnDSA and cardiac allograft remodeling or LVM is unknown.
