The neurophysiological connectivity changing in patients with depression is depends on the anodal stimulation area

Introduction: Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) is a promising neuromodulation in psychiatric field, however, the effect for the treatment is still unclear. We considered that the tDCS effect for the brain must be discussed before clinical practice use. The aim of this study is to clarify the changing of quantitative electroencephalogram (EEG) and emotional function scores through using tDCS in patients with depression.
