Performance evaluation of education system with human capital approach by data envelopment analysis and TOPSIS - with a case study

In recent years, the economic crisis has increased competition among organisations. For this reason, organisations seek to achieve competitive advantage for themselves in this condition. In each organisation, the intangible asset is an important factor that organisations try to increment it and lead toward others through it. Increasing the level of human capital and managing it correctly will enhance personnelu0027s organisational commitment and lead organisation to obtain their goals easily.
