摘要

•Donor and donor cornea factors, including diabetes, increased central corneal thickness, and intraoperative complications, were associated with an increased risk of graft dislocation after Descemet stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty.•Early acutely elevated postoperative intraocular pressure and graft dislocation significantly increased the risk for graft failure after Descemet stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty.
