Abstract
对具备正常运动功能和智力发育水平的健康婴幼儿158例进行脑发育过程的分形机制研究和量化分析,显示新生儿期正常脑分形维数范围分布在1.88~1.90之间,平均1.8913±0.0064;1~12月龄幼儿稳定在1.89~1.90之间,均值为1.8927±0.0045;1~2岁儿童分形维数稳定在1.86~1.90,均值为1.8863±0.0085;2~3岁幼儿分形维数稳定在1.88~1.91之间,均值为1.8958±0.0083,单因素方差检验显示不同年龄组间具备统计学显著性差异(F=8.947,P<0.001),正常婴幼儿脑实质分形维数范围稳定在1.86~1.91之间,总体上保持了非常稳定的状态,代表婴幼儿脑发育存在混沌的"吸引子"形式,具备分形特性。
