Abstract
•Indoor environmental quality surveys and indoor climate field measurements were performed in two buildings of a business incubator centre.•The buildings’ systems perform satisfactorily but some occupants complain about thermal discomfort and resort to the use of auxiliary equipment. Energy costs are high.•A simple solution is proposed to locally improve thermal comfort and reduce energy consumption.
