青年男性冠心病患者的冠状动脉特点与危险因素分析

Abstract
目的 探讨青年男性冠心病患者冠脉特点与相关危险因素.方法 回顾性分析随机选取笔者所在医院的107例青年(46岁以下)男性冠心病患者的冠脉造影结果,与同期320例老年男性冠心病病例对比,并对临床冠心病危险因素进行卡方检验.结果 青年男性冠心病患者病变多为单支病变,且主要累及前降支;吸烟、血脂异常及糖尿病是46岁以下男性冠心病患者的主要危险因素.结论 提前干预冠心病危险因素,可显著降低冠心病的发病率.
