Abstract
由于牛血清白蛋白(BSA)与光色素的结合反应,引起光色素荧光淬灭,且其荧光淬灭程度与BSA的浓度在0.050～1.0 mg.L-1范围内呈线性关系。据此提出了以光色素为探针测定抗体蛋白质的荧光方法。方法的检出限(3S/N)为8.0μg.L-1。用标准加入法对方法的回收率作了试验,测得回收率在95.0%～104.0%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)小于2.5%。
