Abstract
目的 探讨空肠间置代食管术在食管癌贲门癌外科治疗中的临床应用价值.方法 采用空肠间置代食管术治疗38例食管癌贲门癌患者.结果 38例手术均成功,术后并发症少,无手术死亡者,术后恢复良好.结论 空肠间置代食管重建消化道术式,对食管癌贲门癌的疗效确切,并发症少,术后患者生活质量好,值得推广应用.
