脐橙叶片解剖结构与气体交换特性相关性研究

Abstract
以枳橙砧纽荷尔、晚棱和卡拉卡拉脐橙为试材,研究叶片解剖特征与气体交换参数的相关性。结果表明:纽荷尔脐橙叶片CO2和水分利用率最高,卡拉卡拉脐橙次之,晚棱脐橙最低;叶片CO2同化速率和水分利用率与叶片厚度、角质厚度极显著正相关,与栅栏组织厚度和海绵组织厚度显著正相关,与气孔密度极显著负相关。认为,高温环境下,高光效和水分利用率的脐橙品种具有较厚的叶片、角质层和较低的气孔密度。
