O型孕妇血清IgG抗体效价分析

Abstract
目的 检测O型血孕妇ABO血型IgG抗体效价.方法 用微柱凝胶法抗人球蛋白试验测定O型孕妇IgC抗体效价.结果 505例O型孕妇中lgG抗A效价≥64者为167例(33.07%)、IgG抗B效价≥64者为137例(27.13%).在O-A、O-B组中,IgG抗体效价≥64的病例分别占53.81%(120/223)和49.50%(100/202),O-AB组中抗A及抗B IgG抗体效价≥64的比例分别为58.75%(47/80)和46.25%(37/80),各血型组合均有发生新生儿溶血病的可能性,差异无显著性(X2=0.719,P>0.05).结论 通过微柱凝胶免疫检测法检测孕妇血清血型抗体IgG效价有助于诊断新生儿溶血病,指导临床干预措施.
