Abstract
以行星伞齿轮为对象,研究了冷闭塞成形的工艺特点,并分析了该零件的工艺性,模拟了闭塞成形齿轮的整个过程.结果表明:当成形结束时,坯料能够完全充满模具型腔内各个部分,齿顶圆角饱满,没有塌角、折叠、裂纹缺陷.并以下凹模为例,研究了模具的受力情况.通过工艺试验,验证了模拟分析结果,成形出精度高、质量优良的齿轮锻件,大幅降低了材料利用率.
