WSBR培养好氧颗粒污泥的试验研究

Abstract
为使活性污泥更好更快地形成好氧颗粒污泥,利用搅拌序批式活性污泥(WSBR)与传统序批式活性污泥(SBR)反应器,基于聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)的添加,研究了二次流场对好氧污泥颗粒化的影响.结果表明:WSBR中好氧颗粒污泥形成快于SBR,其粒径主要分布在0.9-1.5mm之间,污泥指数(SVI)稳定在50mL/g左右,比重增加了0.0509,挥发性悬浮固体(VSS)(质量分数)达到81.32%,耗氧速率(sOuR)达1.387mg/(min·g)(以O2计);而SBR中形成的颗粒污泥粒径主要分布在1.5-2.0mm之间,SVI在70mL/g左右,比重只增加0.0396,VSS(质量分数)为72.31%,SOUR只有1.063mg/(min·g)(以0:计);且SBR的颗粒污泥污泥含水率比WSBR中的颗粒污泥高2.8%.在微生物结构、高浓度的废水处理等方面WSBR优于SBR反应器,表明在合理的二次流条件下,利用PAM混凝沉降原理可以较快地形成良好的好氧颗粒污泥.并提出了二次流混凝好氧颗粒污泥颗粒化物理模型.
