Abstract
目的 探讨谷精草总黄酮的提取、鉴别及对羟自由基的清除作用.方法 利用超声波乙醇浸提法提取谷精草中的黄酮类化合物,采用化学方法对提取物进行定性鉴别,通过分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,并且考察黄酮提取液对羟自由基的清除作用.结果 谷精草中总黄酮含量为5.09%,回收率为102.1%.结论 该方法简单可靠,能够有效提取谷精草黄酮,而且黄酮提取液对羟自由基有一定的清除作用.该实验结果为进一步开发和利用谷精草提供了理论依据.
