Abstract
目的 建立颈痛胶囊的质量标准.方法 采用薄层色谱法对处方中延胡索、川芎、白芍、葛根进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定三七中人参皂苷Rg1含量.结果 薄层色谱法专属性强;人参皂苷Rg1平均回收率为96.08%,RSD为0.92%.结论 高效液相色谱法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为颈痛胶囊的质量控制标准.
