Abstract
[目的]为了提高奶牛性控冻精的生产水平.[方法]通过对奶牛性控精液生产过程中染色时间及冷冻精液处理时间的控制,研究其对性控冻精的常规品质及改进后的效果,并对性控冻精的品质及生产成本进行综合评定.[结果]表明:生产工艺改进后,与传统性控冻精制作方法相比,不但提高了精子品质,而且提高了精子分离速度.[结论]这一工艺的改进明显增加了每支细管的有效精子数并显著降低了生产成本.
