Abstract
根据中原油田深层气储层特征、矿物组分,对深层气储层潜在伤害因素进行了分析得出,在进入目的层的不同钻井液体系中加入新型表面活性剂ABA和特性暂堵剂CXD进行改造,改造后的钻井完井液能够在井壁快速形成憎水性油膜屏蔽环,阻止滤液侵入储层,从而起到了更好地保护气层的作用.并探讨了保护深层气储层的钻井完井液技术,该技术使钻井液滤失量低,抑制性强,高温下性能稳定,能有效降低滤液与储层气体之间的表面张力,岩心渗透率恢复值高,更好地保护了气层;降低水锁效应和水敏效应,减少钻井液对储层的损害,提高深层气的勘探开发效率.
