介绍静动叶结合型旋转式粗粉分离器在南京热电厂的应用及该分离器的技术特点、设计和运行情况,给出煤粉细度与转子转速的关系曲线.试验结果表明,静动叶结合型旋转式粗粉分离器煤粉细度调节特性良好,分离器出口煤粉均匀性很好,可降低锅炉飞灰含碳量,提高制粉系统最大出力,降低制粉耗电率.
