Abstract
目的提高对新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征计算机X线摄影(CR)影像的认识.方法分析经临床诊治并且有完整CR影像资料的50例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿的资料.结果典型的CR征象为肺野透过度减低,肺内广泛的网状、颗粒状高密度影,并伴有广泛的含气支气管像.50例患儿根据CR表现分为4级,Ⅰ级5例,Ⅱ级20例,Ⅲ级22例,Ⅳ级3例.结论 CR床边摄影是临床诊断新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征最重要的影像方法,应结合临床不断提高时本病的诊断和鉴别诊断能力.
