溃疡性直肠炎病人的心理分析与护理对策

Abstract
目的 探讨溃疡性直肠炎病人心理社会因素的特点及护理对策.方法 应用临床心理测定工具分别评价60例溃疡性直肠炎病人(病例组)及60例正常人(对照组)的生活事件、人格特征及其影响因素.结果 病例组患病前所经历的生活事件频数及紧张值均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 溃疡性直肠炎病人具有特殊的心理社会特征和心身健康状况,在常规治疗的同时,应采取积极的社会心理干预措施.
