Abstract
以球形红假单胞菌1.1737T为出发菌株,经紫外线和亚硝基胍诱变,并结合罗红霉素抗性和耐前体性物质-对羟基苯甲酸抗性突变株的筛选,获得1株辅酶Q10高产菌株PHBr-2,该菌株经发酵108 h的生物量为15.7g/L,辅酶Q10产量达到50.6mg/L,比原始菌株在同样条件下产量提高了90.9%.该变异株遗传性能稳定,经转接5代后其辅酶Q10产量为49.5mg/L,是1株很有前景的辅酶Q10生产菌株.
