摘要
Product of TRC magnesium alloy sheet will the trend of the use of for its excellent mechanic property.To get the forming characteristic of TRC AZ31B Magnesium alloy sheet warm tensile experiment was performed at deformation temperature 473 K~623 K and strain rates ranged in 0.001~1 S-1. It was observed that a in low-strain-rate and high-temperature regime the alloy follows a power-law behavior, and the relationship between flow stress and deformation temperature as well as strain rate can be represented by exponential equation at high-strain-rate and low-temperature. Dynamic recrystallization (DRX) takes place during the deformation process, and the average dynamically recrystallized grain size minished with the rising of deformation temperature by Analysis of microstructure.
