Abstract
2-丁基-5-硝基苯并呋喃和4-甲氧基苯甲酰氯经Friedel-Crafts反应、去甲基化、醚化、还原和甲磺酰化制得N-[2-丁基-3-[4-(3-氯丙氧基)苯甲酰基]-5-苯并呋喃基]甲磺酰胺,再经碘代后与正丁胺反应得到去丁基决奈达隆,结构经核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、红外光谱和质谱确证,该化合物可作为决奈达隆质控的对照物。
