Abstract
为研究Spm对LFS诱导罗汉果不定根形成的影响,以罗汉果单芽茎切段为材料,MS为基本培养基,添加LFS0.2 mg/L后,再分别添加Spm 0.0(ck),1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0 mg/L,培养25 d.结果表明:罗汉果苗不定根的数量和粗度与Spm浓度呈正相关,而长度则呈负相关.Spm 2.5 mg/L处理组的效果最佳,与ck组对比,不定根数增加1.5倍,根粗增加1.0倍,最长根长度缩短50%.可见,Spm对LFS诱导罗汉果不定根的形成有显著的改善作用,使罗汉果组培苗的整个根系表现出“多、粗、短、壮”的特点.
