Abstract
目的提高外伤性后尿道狭窄的治疗效果.方法对13例后尿道狭窄病人的治疗进行总结,重点分析典型病例.结果13例不同程度后尿道狭窄病人经冷刀或电刀内切开、开放手术等治疗,效果满意.结论正确的早期处理、选择合适的手术方法、预防术后感染和术后恰当的尿道扩张是治疗后尿道狭窄的关键.
