膀胱癌组织中p75 NGFR的表达及意义

Abstract
目的 检测膀胱癌中神经生长因子受体p75 NGFR的表达,并探讨其意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测46例膀胱癌组织中p75 NGFR的表达,并分析其与膀胱癌复发的关系.结果 膀胱癌患者中p75 NGFR的总阳性率为45.7%(21/46).膀胱癌患者中p75 NGFR阳性病例复发率为72.7%,明显高于未复发组的14.3%.结论 膀胱癌组织中p75NGFR表达明显升高,且其表达与膀胱癌的复发有相关性.
