Abstract
目的:研究人均医疗费用与危重率的关系.方法:收集某三级甲等医院2003年出院病人病例信息,运用<病例分型质量管理系统>和Excel2000研究月危重率与人均医疗费用的相关关系.结果:该医院月危重率与人均医疗费用呈正相关,危重率是影响费用增长的重要因素.结论:以危重率为标准评价医疗费用,有利于控制费用过度增长,最终以医院技术的发展使费用降低.
