云南烟区烤烟主要化学成分的变异分析

Abstract
为了合理利用云南烤烟原料,分析了云南省主产烟区烤烟13个主要化学指标在不同地区、不同部位、不同年份的变异.结果表明:烤烟总糖、还原糖含量及糖碱比值总体较高,烟叶钾氯比和两糖差变异较大,氮碱比较为适宜;不同地点间烤烟总糖、还原糖、钾、蛋白质、钾氯比、施木克值差异显著;不同部位间烤烟除氯、蛋白质含量差异不显著外,其余各指标差异均达到显著水平;年际间烤烟钾、氯含量表现较不稳定,但钾氯比值无显著差异.
