Abstract
甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)作为化学诱变剂,由于具有诱变率高的特点,已被广泛应用于玉米诱变育种,成为玉米种质创新和自交系改良的有效工具之一。本文对EMS诱变玉米花粉的作用机理、诱变处理技术、诱变后代所产生的突变性状,及EMS诱变在玉米育种中的应用进行了概述。
